Head of Community

We're building something different at Superhood, and we need someone who gets energized by real human connection to help us do it. We are looking for a Head of Community, based in Finland, preferably in the Helsinki region.

As our Head of Community, you'll be the architect and heartbeat of our user communities. This isn't a corporate strategy role where you manage from a distance. You'll be in the trenches, inspiring users, solving problems on the ground, and figuring out what actually makes communities thrive.

What you'll do

You'll bring our user community to life. That means being present, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping neighbors connect through Superhood. You'll also work directly with key customers to help them engage authentically with their local communities.

As we expand, you'll create the blueprints for launching communities in new cities and countries. You'll learn what works, document it, and adapt it for different contexts. Some of this you'll figure out by trying things, failing, adjusting, and trying again.

Who you are

You're a social person who draws energy from connecting with others. You're comfortable being hands-on; this role requires doing, not just directing. You're excited by the ambiguity of startup life and see it as an opportunity to shape something meaningful. You want to build your future alongside ours. You're looking for ownership, not just a job title.
